Late season pheasant hunt
Even here in New Jersey a late season hunt with my and my son's pointing labs can be a great time. That's Abbie next to me and my son Chris's lab Auggie in the background. Two four legged vaccum cleaners in the field!
Species:
Pheasant
Where: New Jersey
Method:
Shotgun

We've always had labs and think they are the most veristal sporting dog alive. These two are pointing labs, what a difference between hunting over them than flushing labs. We are convinced this is the way to go.
Good looking Dogs. Better looking dead pheasants.
I happen to know those two dogs and their owners. If you just want to get some exercise and not fill your game bags then just hunt behind them. Those two dogs find every bird within a quarter mile!
