I caught this black tip shark while king fishing on a pier in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on a tuesday evening. I had a live pin fish on my king fishing rig and it wasnt 20 minutes later that I latched onto this 4 and a half foot, 45 pound shark. I fought it for about 30 minutes with tremendous caution using only 25 pound monofilament fishing line. It was a fight to remember.
