That bears a keeper. Big but not the best I ever saw IMO.

I suck at guessing bear weight but this boy looks like he might be the mayor of the town. Somewhere around 280 to 300#?

Being a bear hunter its about 300-325 Its a nice round bear. A few good ways to help determine a good size bear is pay attention to the space between the belly and ground. less space there is the bigger the bear. Another way is by looking at the ears. When the bear is facing you if you can clearly see the ears (mickey mouse ears what my group calls them) its a younger bear and if you see them then its a dandy.
