Tikka T3 .243 (black death is my guns pet name, everything from 400 yard ground squirrels with 55 grain NBT to Muley's, Witetail, coyotes, and bears with the heavier medicine have gone down with my Tikka, crazy accurate gun) Burris Euro Diamond Scope 100 grain core locks, fish and game thought around 80 to 100 pounds, say they look bigger than what they really are weight wise, they are very lanky..plan on life size mount if I can raise the $1800, can only tag one, public National Forest Ground, hope that covers the Q&A guys, thanks for all the support-makes the enviro hate calls that much easier to blow off.....
Great job Idahooutdoors. I read about you in the paper yesterday and thought 'he's going to be hounded by the half-wit tree-huggers now', I'm sure it's worth it.
I have seen a wolf In oregon or something take 2 shots from a 300 win mag. Both were extremely good shots too. I just have one suggestion for you. If you go to hunt wolves in alaska or canada, please take a bigger gun. Because I have seen videos of wolves attacking, a .270 didn't bring it down.
