Southern Greater Kudu
We took this animal just before sunset in northern Namibia. I am very pleased with him. He was a fine old gentleman. Often there is "ground shrinkage" but not with this one. When we approached he looked as big as an elk.

Nice Kudu! How was the hunt?
It has been a year and a half and I still think about it almost every day. I think I will go back to Namibia again. The Kudu and Gemsbok were what I realy wanted. With the economy the way it is the price on these hunts are down to about $6500 for ten days with up to ten animals.
