Caught this trout on a fly rod & a small streamer.Was told it was a "golden" trout.I thought it was an albino rainbow but it does not have pink eyes.

Yep, nice golden (aka. palomino) trout. They always stock 2-3 24"+ ones for the season opener in a creek I fish, right under the bridge. Easy to see from above and always draw the crowds and lines.
