The buck dressed at 202lbs and had 8 points. I had him at 25 yds and as I drew, my release malfunctioned, the arrow shot out unexpected landing 15 ft. in front of him. Luckily when he spooked he actually came towards me and stopped at about 12 yards. I was able to get another chance, he ran about 80 yds after the shot. I bought a new release the same day.
