I haven't been on this site much lately. Did you get my streamers and when or did you send them out?
Just happen to think about it today, figured I would follow up. Let me know if you need anything, I will try to check this site periodically to follow up.
Thanks
Had them tied up for 2 wks but keep forgetting to send them. I will get them in the mail today.
Congrats Del. Just goes to show, when you put in the time, you can get rewarded. Good job.

I use to flyfish for Crappie, using a Mickey Finn. What a blast, they had that fly so beat up that there was only a few strands of hair left on it and they were still biting.
I use a 4 wt most of the time. Catch some nice browns on that rod. I use an 8 wt for Salmon and Steelhead, but also use a 6 wt for the Steelhead or smallies.
I'm in. Got my flies from the first swap....thanks to everybody that participated, I look forward to trying them out. Actually, I hit the river today and hooked one Steelhead, it's only going to get better the next couple of weeks.
So does a food saver. I use mine all the time, prolongs the freshness and prevents freezer burn if you get a good seal on them.
I have hunted Iowa as a nonresident since 1999. Back then a buck tag was around $150 total, then a couple years after that the price more than doubled. Now it's even higher, because when you apply as a nonresident for a buck tag (which is all I want) they make you buy a doe tag too. The doe tag is something like $100 tacked on, so now the price is the better part of $500. This is getting ridiculous for the average Joe to hunt these states. Not to mention, I can get all the doe tags I need in my state, so why do I want to spend $100 out of state to shoot a doe. Now they are talking a 34% increase. Enough is enough.
I like most of them....but like I have said in posts before I like to support the people I know. Fred Eichler keeps it interesting, plus knowing his sense of humor and his excitement after working with him. What you see is exactly how he is in real life, it's not put on.
