Anytime I cook with beer or whiskey I use whatever tastes best to me at the time. I dont drink one brand specifically. Especially beer. I like to swith it up. I would say whatever your in the mood for.. use it no particular one is best. Busch is pretty good though. My personal favorite is any one that is cold!lol

I am in NC. My bro-in-law just turnin me on to crappies. Igrew upcatchin cats and bream and the occasional bass. Good luck catchin those devils through ice. They can be tough to find it seems.
