.22 is always a good choice. You could also use a .410, 20 gauge, even a 12 gauge just be sure u get a light load.

watch when u shoot it tho sometimes it will bounce off i have heard of a .40 cal bounceing off. Go to bass pro and buy a bag of deer corn and some hog wild. will cost less than $20 all together. find where there is sign ex. wallows rooting things of that nature. dig a shallow hole. pour some of the corn and hog wild. (you might want to get more than just one bag of each) then fill the hole in. pour some more of both around the area making piles here and there. eventually the hog will find it and become accustomed to the area. then u ambush it. good luck and good hunting

Well for me it depends because i am fortunate enough to have access to 500+ acres of land and this land varies. Most of the time i will hunt from a stand but my shots will not be as far. 200 at most. other times i will spot and stalk it all depends what mood I'm in. I will mostly only spot and stalk when I'm hunting does.

to me it all depends on if the area can handle the restrictions. because if u cant take some cull bucks because of the antler restriction that could be a bad thing. but we also need to look at if we want to shoot bigger bucks.

I'm unemployed, but I'm still in high school and I don't have a truck yet so i can't go anywhere to hunt and fish otherwise I'd be out everyday.

Oklahoma has A LOT and some people post on craigs list and places like that for people to come hunt there hogs. You do not need any tags or licenses and you can hunt them all year round here.
