Try the Fireline braid, it's ultra thin and super strong. Works great for pullin in big Musky's.

Go to "Red October Baits" and check out the monster tube jigs made for Musky's. Thease big jigs work great. I fish'em in the Niagara river and Lake Erie.
What is the best for a beginer?
To begin to bow hunt I would want a bow that is going to make me want to keep bow hunting, try a PSE for life.
Weather
Talk about crazy weather, I'm from Buffalo ny. I've seen temp. differences in one day over 40 degrees. 15 at night, high 50's at day. Last march.
