Q:Well i field tested 4 different broad heads in the last three days with the help of my brother and two of my cousins we have some lease property and we need to take a few does this year we used G5,muzzy 100g,trophy ridge,and 2 blade rage they all did the job the only difference was the recovery time and the blood trails the two that shined the best were the trophy ridge and the rage the deer shot with these two did not make it out of sight of the treestand these deer were all shot with in the same general area of the shoulder the G5 did all right the deer ran about 150 yards the blood trail was good at times but mostly just specks here and there,the muzzy on the other hand had very little blood and it took us 2 1/2 hours to recover the deer,my conclusion to this is all broad heads will do the job if the deer is hit in the rite spots its all in what a hunter wants and exspects out of his or her equipment my opinion is the big cutting diameter of the exspandbles is what makes them stand out from the rest and that is the only difference, as far as performance there all the same 4 deer 4 recovered.I just thought i would share this imformation with all yall and get some of your opinions and see if any of you agree its all in what YOU LIKE LIKE to shoot and comfortable with lets face it we all think that the broad head we use is the best it dont matter about statistics its all in to what kind of exsperience that we have had with our on personal pick of broad heads.well guys good luck and happy hunting.what do you think?
