Dude. think a minute. have you ever stood on a paved road during summer and felt the heat radiating off the blacktop? and have you then stepped into the woods at the side of the road where it's about ten degrees cooler? now, how many millions of square miles of forest have been replaced by heat retaining roads and buildings? and your saying this has no effect?? now i agree with sere that the earth has its own cycles and would go thru heating and cooling cycles even if humans didn't inhabit it. (and, it sure is true that GW is always worse when a republican is in office, isnt it?) you're right, its a damn cold winter, but you have to look at the long term. and the long term numbers show that we are getting warmer.
