I have heard that Lake Minnetonka and Mille Lacs are supposed to be great Walleye spots in Minnestota, of course I have never fished the two of them.
For bass try running a seinko yo-yo style. Cast the lure over a branch and grab the line and pull it in then let it drop out again. do this repeatedly and you can catch fish pretty consistently

they have covered it pretty well, let it sit longer and use a smaller worm. Also, be ready on the fall or when you let it sit, that's when they hit it the most!
I have done a lot of Catfishing my self, and have had great luck with nightcrawlers. I tried some "stinkbait", but have had no luck in doing so.

well, that's how the government works. No second chances, and no bending the laws. I think that he should have gotten off with nothing, but, like so many others have asked, why did the officer search the truck? Had to have had some reason or suspicion. In response to kingfisher907 the guy was too drunk to drive, who's to say he wasn't too drunk to remember the gun?
Q:why do you think bass bite on spiner baits and skirted jigs? i dont think they even look natural.

Everybody has answered this question well so far, a lot of it has to do with the bass' instincts, they don't exactly have the largest brains, so they don't have much of a thought process, just a natural reaction. Color, sound, and appearance are all what cause the bass to hit.

Early in the morning, they are out feeding on the shad and other baitfish, and it is much cooler in the morning, and the bass will be a lot more aggressive too.

Well, seeing as the larger bass followed the smaller one to you, try running a lure that will mimic a bass or another fish. if there are perch in your pond, then run perch colors should work well. Lastly, try running a larger bait, these will attract larger fish more frequently, and deter most small fish from hitting, if you want only big fish that is.

Fish along the drop offs casting from the shallows into the deep, run a jig that bounces all along the rocks, and be ready for the big one, if you're running a spinnerbait make sure you have a trailer hook.

i personally like to use spinner baits until i find the fish, then i like to run a slower bait, maybe a tube or a football jig with a crayfish trailer

Go with power pro, it is slightly more expensive, but you won't lose any fish because of line break. Great for casting with, too.

I have five dogs, chunk, squirm, rocious, dirt, and fud. They all get their own bowl of special dog food, and a "few" treats. They also get some rawhides, and get to run around at the park! All dogs are mutts, and fudd is a beagle-basset mix, good tracker.

Most of the golf course owners where i am form do not allow you on the course to fish, but that does not mean you can't fish when it's dark out! And besides, the night is one of the best times to fish at!
No real greatest bass lure, they all work in different places in different ways. My favorite bass lure would be spinners or spinnerbaits, and shakey head jigs.

Try any trick worm on fallen branches, and "yo-yo" it on the branches. Supposedly triggers a lot of hits, especially on the fall, so always be ready. Also, have an abrasion resistant line, and make sure it is a higher pound test.

Yeah, I agree with meagel, definitely get a poncho. If your not going for any monster fish run a simple crawler rig. Keeps the kid busy with lots of fish, and some can be pretty big, too. Fish closer to shore, as opposed to off the drop off too, will bring the fish to you. Hope this helps.

While having a rod that is specific in its technique may sound nice, any rod will work. Most the time, you want a relatively inexpensive rod because if you break an expensive rod, you will be pretty upset.
Don't worry too much about rankings, they come with time. I have asked this question recently and most high ranking users have said that it takes a while. You should worry about asking and answering questions, and participating in the site. It seems a lot of users motto is Quality not quantity, so don't go through and answer a bunch of questions you don't know. Hope that helps

depends on the fishing, if you are on the shore, run a flatfish with a crawler. make sure you use a trailer hook, walleye are usually "tail nippers' with the crawlers! Some good colors are: Red and chrome, and blue and silver

stick to spinning rigs, baitcasters are terrible for casting light lures, lines, etc.
depends, you can use a leader when fishing for fish with good eye sight, usually a mono leader. sometimes, you can use a metal leader for fish with sharp teeth.

If yoy have a higher end reel then there are a few ways to prevent backlash. one way, if you have a centrifugal braking system, is to pop the side plate off of the reel, and push in or out the brakes. In means the brakes are off, out means they are on. Another way is to use the magnet system, the higher the setting the less the backlash. Lastly, use a heavier bait, too light a bait will cause you to spend more time digging out a birds nest, than fishing.
Spinners are what i have always had a lot of luck on, like huntcamp said, mepps work well and so do topwaters, including spinnerbaits.
