If you want to see some funny/un-educated comments go and look at the comments made about this video on You-tube. I have heard stories like this, but i think that it is the first time anyone has been able to catch it on video.
Why didn't the cameraman try to save him?
I wondered why the camara man didn't do something either. Makes you wonder why the guy didn't have a gun instead of a bow.
If I remember correctly the camera man was the wife of the gun getting beat up. Also, he dumped a whole LOT of buck musk all over himself to better attract deer to him! Guess it worked!
I agree with Ghost...the person holding the camera is his wife and he did pour buck must on him so he could attract them..i remember seeing it somewhere where he said he was going to do it.
he should of used that peice of iron ,compound, for a club i would of
wife pry wanted him dead , she sure kept filming and didnt try to make noises and scare the buck off
i think the camra man was like "holy %^&^ thats hilarious just let me get a good picture and we will send it off to americas funniest home videos. remember no pain no gane"
if the guy pretended to be dead the deer would have stopped.
This is odd for sure.. it is either a pen raised deer or the scent changes their behavior. I have been attacked by a deer and he NEVER jumped up and pawed with his front feet. He came in head first with each charge. Then he would back off and stomp his feet and snort, then charge again. I have seen them doing this jumping up/pawing behavior when playing amongst themselves.
Who wears kidney pads to hunt? At one point in the video you see football pads when his shirt comes up. This is set up. Bogus video. This guy's an idiot. Probably a Texas managed deer, no real fear of humans. You could hand feed him.
i bet this dude quit bow hunting after this
