Opinions about Remington’s new over/under were sharply divided. Most of the OL Test Team praised its finish and overall quality but were less generous in comments about its handling during our skeet shooting tests. Most criticisms centered on the stock configuration, especially the shape and angle of the grip, and the safety and barrel selector. The M-300 is significantly changed from the never-popular and now discontinued Peerless O/U, with stylistic overtones of the great Model 3200.
