It’s that time of year… The time of year when your rods, reels, waders and boots get stashed (for the most part) and vices, piles of animal hair accompany short glasses full of brown liquor to substitute for your lack of fishing. There is of course one shining light to keep you going through these cold winter months. The Fly Fishing Film Tour… F3T as we like to call it has just released some of it’s official selections for the 2015 tour including the trailer you see here called Carpland from Beattie Outdoor Productions 2014. It’s one of many films sure to impress at the Film Tour this year. Check their website soon for tour dates and locations in the upcoming weeks.

Oh, and if you’re in the Denver area this Thursday, December 4th. The Greenbacks are hosting a winter film event. It will be held at the Oriental Theater in Denver, CO and will highlighting the film Delta Dawn by photographer, writer and filmmaker Pete McBride, the winner of the Best Short Mountain Film in Banff this year. Pete will be onsite to discuss the film and what it means to him to see the Colorado try to reach the ocean for the first time in decades.

In addition, we are fortunate enough to show you an amazing film, Nobody’s River from NRS Films. The film documents a float from the headwaters of the Amur in Mongolia to the delta in Russia.

Tickets are $16.00 and can be purchased at the following link:
