_Morehouse College Police Chief Vernon Worthy has been indicted by a Lamar County grand jury on charges that he held a deer hunter captive, saying he believed the man was trespassing.

_Worthy was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonment and pointing a gun at another person, said Lamar County Superior Court Deputy Clerk Lesley Kilch_riss.
