How to Sauté Morel Mushrooms

Sautéing morels isn't hard once you know the secret to it. Here's how to perfectly cook your foraged mushrooms without drying them out

There are a million ways to use morel mushrooms in the kitchen, but probably the best way to cook morels is also the simplest—sautéing them in butter. The trick is to cook them over low heat, for only a few minutes. That keeps the morels from drying out.
