This flavor-packed recipe is easy to prepare and works well with any waterfowl. It is always done in equal portions, making it easy to remember.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 duck breasts
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup sesame oil

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients together and pour over duck breasts. Marinade for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Grill breasts on high at 500 °F to sear skin or meat with deep gill marks.
  3. Cook 2 to 2 ½ minutes per side and the duck will be rare and can be sliced thin as an appetizer or served whole as part of a meal.
