Arkansas Drunk Driver Shoots Crossbow at Motorist

"It was a drive-by crossbow shooting," said Steve Gilgenbach in describing an unusual road rage incident in which Little Rock's Wayne Allen Dierks Jr.--whose blood-alcohol content registered well above the legal limit--allegedly shot his crossbow at Gilgenbach after the University of Arkansas student cut him off.
