In many states where baiting has been historically banned, the practice is anathema to most hunters. Yet more than a dozen states have recently loosened or repealed bans on baiting in suburban areas. Now Pennsylvania has join the converted. The use of bait, argue state game managers, will allow hunters to lure deer in densely populated areas to places where they can be safely killed. The practice will remain illegal, however, in all but Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Click here for the story.
