Most of us would love to be handy enough with a rifle to routinely drop deer out to 400 yards or more. But for Minnesota hunter Dan Olson, it’s a bit of a burden. With bovine TB showing up in cattle last summer, state wildlife officials need to dispatch and test numerous deer—and they’ve called on Olson to do the dispatching.
