No doubt you remember the widely publicized kafuffle that began last fall when more than 100 domesticated elk escaped from Rex Rammell’s Fremont County hunting preserve and Idaho Gov. Jim Risch gave the order to open fire on them. Well, it ain’t over. Rather, it will continue in the courtroom, as Rammell has filed a $1.3 million lawsuit against the state, whose actions he will argue were “negligent, unreasonable, arbitrary, capricious and malicious.”
