Kentucky Fishing Tournament Cheater Gets Probation

From 2002 to 2006, Kentucky tournament anglers Dwayne E. Nesmith and Brian K. Thomas won $15,000 in cash and a $30,000 bass boat by weighing in heavier fish than their competitors. Then this April at the Relay for Life Buddy Tournament on Lake Barkley, state fisheries officials caught the pair taking fish out of a planted basket and putting them in their livewell.
