When a Texas man buried his ATV in the near-freezing mud 500 feet from the banks of Eagle Mountain Lake, rescuers weren’t sure how they’d rescue him—until one firefighter went home to get his lab, Suzie. “If I eat a plate of food in the living room, she takes the plate to my wife in the kitchen,” the owner told the Star Telegram. “She’ll go get my remote for me for the TV.
