Minnesota Man Charged With Selling Seal Oosiks

A St. Paul man who co-signed an agreement to protect northern fur seals pleaded guilty Tuesday to illegally selling seal oosiks, according to this Anchorage Daily News article. He faces up to one year in prison and a $20,000 fine, which must be fair. After all, it seem intuitive that no one should remove and sell anyone else's oosik. Right?
