Near-Record Striper: Florida’s Apalachicola River gives up 42-pounder

Recordstriper If you’re looking to catch a state-record striped bass, you might want to plan a trip to Florida’s Apalachicola River, where Tallahassee angler Travis Sanford caught a 42-pounder last week that missed the state-record mark by a mere 1/4 pound.
