_State lawmakers are considering a constitutional amendment that would make hunting and fishing a right, instead of a privilege, in Arizona. . . .

Sandy Bahr of the Sierra Club, which opposes the measure, says it would take control of hunting and fishing from a state commission and give it to the Legislature.

“I think the last thing we want to see is the Legislature setting bag limits for how many quail or how many mountain lions or whatever it is that people are hunting,” Bahr said . . . ._
