The last time we visited this topic, New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine had refused to reauthorize the state's black bear hunt, and we suggested that sportsmen's group might sue. And now they're suing. This from the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance:
_The U.S. Sportsmen's Legal Defense Fund (U.S. SLDF), the litigation program of the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance Foundation (USSAF), Safari Club International, and the New Jersey State Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs have joined forces to sue the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Division of Fish and Wildlife to challenge New Jersey's refusal to move forward with the black bear season.
