Salt Lake City’s Wade Hanks stole a Dall sheep from his fellow citizens ten years ago when he killed it illegally in Alaska. Then, upon seeing it mounted and displayed on a wildlife agency’s “Wall of Shame” at a recent hunting expo, he stole it again.
