"I have always had an interest in the outdoors, and in wildlife. I grew up in eastern Nebraska, hunting and fishing with my Dad. Since then I knew I wanted to be involved with the outdoors. I graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis in wildlife management. Right now I live in Bigfork, Montana with my wife, son, and our hunting dogs. If I'm not out taking pictures we are spending our time hunting out of goose blinds or deer stands. Living in Montana has been a dream come true. The vast number of subjects to photograph, and places to visit are breathtaking. I am mainly self-taught, but I owe a lot of my education to good friends who are professional photographers. My work has been published in several national magazines and other editorial works."
