Mako sharks are fun. Tuna is great, and great eating. Striper was most addictive, but i've kicked it. Bowhunting is too good when the stripers are running. Fluke are boring but tasty.

So far, I'd say Spanish mackerel to catch. If you'd said "eat," I'd go with redfish out of what we normally catch here in L.A. (Lower Alabama.)
