Snook by far.
Mako sharks are fun. Tuna is great, and great eating. Striper was most addictive, but i've kicked it. Bowhunting is too good when the stripers are running. Fluke are boring but tasty.
maui-maui or marlin
I've never caught a salt water fish. Going out on one of them boats is on my bucket list.
I have yet to catch a striper but I have caught a 30 inch bluefish.
Tarpon, I want to catch Striper, but that's when
I get out towards Cermele's territory to try

So far, I'd say Spanish mackerel to catch. If you'd said "eat," I'd go with redfish out of what we normally catch here in L.A. (Lower Alabama.)

Redfish or Speckled Trout. I caught a shark once off shore. That was my favorite.
