when i caut a rainbow trout and took it home to cook when i was washing it the skin kept peeling of i dont know what to do and is this sapost to happen? pls help

Yes its normal to peel, it can depends how tender, its not anything bad if it peels.

that's a good thing when it peels, that means your gettin all the slime off.

They have really thin skin, its pretty normal to have it peal back when cleaning.

gut the fish,season it up good and wrap in foil,put on wood smoker. when cooked the meat falls off and so does the skin.

yea it happens..learn how to fillet 'em and throw that on the grill with some seasoning and some butter ...oh im making me hungry
