Yes its normal to peel, it can depends how tender, its not anything bad if it peels.
that's a good thing when it peels, that means your gettin all the slime off.
They have really thin skin, its pretty normal to have it peal back when cleaning.
It's normal, don't worry.
gut the fish,season it up good and wrap in foil,put on wood smoker. when cooked the meat falls off and so does the skin.
it hapend to me when i got trout.
yes that happens when the fish is just about ready to throw on the grill
yea it happens..learn how to fillet 'em and throw that on the grill with some seasoning and some butter ...oh im making me hungry
that has never happened to me before
