If you could go on a hunting trip with any one in history, who would it be and why. It would be a toss up for me, either Teddy Roosevelt or Fred Bear.

most definitely Teddy, i've always been a big history buff, and he would be a great guy to get to know

The most awesome Sportsman and Teacher I ever knew!!!!
Fred Bear would be up there.
Hunting with TR would be cool too, you would get to shoot a lot of game. He had terrible vision, and was a pretty bad shot because of this. I'd be pleased to anchor all of his gut-shot beasts.
What about Ted Nugent?
I'd say Daniel Boone first then probably hang out with the Lewis and Clark expedition.
probably my grandpa, he just died likie a year ago and this was my first year hunting but i know he was a good hunter

Actually, Daniel Boone, since he was boyhood hero. I'll add Philip Percival, J.A. Hunter, Harry Selby, and Robert Ruark to the esteemed list above. If you haven't read Ruark you should - especially, The Old Man and the Boy.
I would love to have been on safari with Peter Capstick

Bill Heavey... I could use a good laugh in the woods! Oh,and just to clarify that would probably be at not with.

Nugent is out for me, he's a loud mouth. Maybe good for NRA but not for me in camp, I'd end up punching him in the face. I'd love to go with Selsby or Aaagard. Any of you guys read both those guys stuff, and not just anecdotal stuff?
It would be Davey Crockett, talk about an amazing time to be around.
Old Elmer would be neat. Boone or Kenton would also be interesting.
Jack O'Conner, Fred Bear Wayne Carlton or any of the Eastmans
It would be my grandfather. We had some of the best times together out hunting!
