To preserve them you need to remove all the meat from the inside of the wing. Slice along the wing on the inside of the wing where that small feathers are. Take care to use a sharp scalpel and don't damage the small feathers. Peel the skin back and cut the meat from the bone using your scalpel. Pack the inside with Tide laundrey detergent... it has enough preservative for that light skin to last a lifetime. Sew the skin back together with thread and the wing should last longer than we will. if time is not an issue, expose it to air in the freezer and the freezer burn will eventually mummify it
