I like Mossy Oak Brush, especially if I'm on the ground. Whatever's on sale too, I bought a 3D leaf suit on clearance @ Wally World about 8 years ago, it's been washed dozens of times, and is ripped and tattered, but it's faded-out enough that it works perfect over just about anything. That's the problem with most camo to me, is it's too dark. Alot of the new stuff coming out is lightening up alot, but I can't go buy all new stuff, so I 'fade' my own camo.
I actually like the Cabelas pattern. Can't remember the name. Just got some cold weather pants in the pattern, looks great.
Otherwise, I'm not very preferential about camo patterns. Sometimes I'll just go by whatever looks like where I'll be. I see it as any camo pattern will conceal you just fine if you know what you're doing, and neutral/natural colored clothing will do fine as well.
I do unvoluntary mix and match pretty bad! mossy oak break-up is the current favorite for me. I make sure I have camo gloves and I wear a face mask more than other hunters [ as much as I can stand to have one on]
The woodland or army digital camo works extremely well. I use my army ACU's and they do wonders in a tree stand. The light color blends nicely with the sky.
Realtree AP is what I prefer, but I really like the new Vertigo that Scent Blocker has come out with. As soon as somebody uses it on something other then the $179 shirt, and $169 pants, i'll buy some to wear in my treestand over the ap that I would wear to the stand. But not until it comes on non-scentblocker stuff, I'm not paying for that high priced stuff.
