Q:
I am just starting to use my dad's old bow, I keep shooting low, i have dropped the pin down but i still miss low, any ideas

carry it to your local bow shop because you might have a to heavy of a broadhead

or its knocked 2 high and not level in the rest when firing how or where are you putting your release. the bow might be to small like cody r said go to a bow shop ask some questions... i would suggest getting the bow set up 4 u with a peep and a loop the shop will put it on you for cheap and save you a lot of hassle...

lower your anchor point and you should start to shoot highter. if you have a peep sight you may need to raise that up also. hope this helps.

could be the broadhead weight or arrows could be too long past your rest which makes it a heavier arrow. Also, make sure too keep the arm that you hold the bow with up after you take the shot..Don't drop your arm down because the arrow will be sure to drop and go off path.

best to take it to a professional, but make sure that your poundage is pretty good and that you aren't shooting to heavy of a arrow.

some time just gripping to tight couse it to tourq loose your grip only squeese hard enough to hold it no harder and recheck the set up
