Are you talking about the frequency we hunt one particular stand, or how often we hunt using a stand?
As far as frequency goes, I hunt a different stand location every couple of days depending on time, weather conditions, and wind direction. Sometimes I will hunt a different stand every day of the week.
As for stand hunting in general, I hunt from a stand a majority of the season. Every now and then, when the conditions are right, I will try still hunting, and when we can get enough people together, we'll try a deer drive. Stand hunting isn't exactly the most exciting hunting technique, but it is a very productive one.
I hunt my "go to" stands every other weekend, as long as wind direction prevails. an exception would be if I spooked one getting in or out, then I would either hunt one with a lot of potential but not a lot of concistency or a stand where i could see a bunch of does and maybe not a buck
I hunt all of my first day in a stand, then the next few days I start the morning in a stand, then still-hunt or do a drive, then spend the last hour or two in a stand.
Stay in that thing every morning and every evening of every day if possible. If you are talking in terms of seasons, if you don't see any deer at it for an entire year, you might want to give it up.

I "move" either climber ( new post.) or ladder(different one) every couple of days. I also "play" the wind too.

AAArggggh, spelling!
good one ed. thanks for the chuckle.
i prefer to keep my boots on soil.
Sometimes too often.
hunt from a stand every time never once shot a deer not being in one.
not often i prefer walking and posting up on the ground.
if sign is near and active, stay put, deer will travel, and by you moving you'll miss him. biggest mistake hunters make, chasing something moving.
until all of the leaves fall off the trees
