hobo pasties

to make a hobo pastie all you need is buger, tin foil and any vedgies like potatos carrots celery ect. rap it in tin foil and put it in hot coals wait 20-30min and its done use what ever spieces and other stuff to make to your likeing.

I have done similar but with just potatoes, red peppers, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil. It steams in the olive oil and is a wonderful side dish for any main course consisting of meat.

very good i've made that several times before on hunting trips where i did not want to do a lot of work for good dinner.
