Jigging for Big Catfish
Uploaded on August 28, 2009Anybody have any tips on jigging for catfish? I have usually used worms, chicken livers, and minnows, but never got the big one. This guy was using jigs the other day down at the river and hooked a monster flathead. Any tips on what kind of jigs to use, how to use them, and best way to keep from getting snagged all the time. Also what kind of rod/reels are you using? Thanks everybody and go fish...

you might want to try a football head jig and reel it slowly so it drags on the bottom. i might be wrong though
