Venison Meatloaf Recipe. This is one's a favorite of ours. :-)
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 cup non-fat milk
- 6 slices white bread
- 2 lbs. ground venison
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- sliced bacon

My wife makes a great one too. Every now and again she uses half venison and half very lean sausage. Good stuff!!!
