I caught Field and Stream Icons on TV and guess who was on?
Uploaded on September 13, 2009This last Saturday 09.12.09 I caught Field and Stream Icons on TV and guess who was on? Mr. David E. Petzal himself!
I found it fascinating to listen to how he chose’s his words carefully and pronounces them. He reminds me of a Historical Librarian but seriously the show was for one hour and I could of listened several more.
Bottom line,
I give special and heart filled thanks to Sir David E. Petzal for 37 years of Sportsmen Service!

What was the show? Any chance of a rerun?
I had it DVR'd and just got done watching it. That was well worth watching.
If I'm not mistaken the scope he was testing was the Bushnell Elite 6500 2x12 DOA that one of the recent blogs was on.
I found David perhaps at his best and the show was very informative!
What show was this?
It was an excellent, best I have seen so far. I just wish that in the show they wouldn't have spent so much time filming him at the range testing the Elite 6500 and spent more time with him telling personal recollections on times past.
