I shot this deer at my Grandpa's this morning (9-26-2009). He was walking along at 30 yards and I shot him with my muzzle loader when he was in a small shooting lane. He dropped right where I shot him. Both lungs were destroyed, The heart was good so I can still eat it. Any good recipes for the heart?
