Fishing on a private lake in Eastern NE, I threw out a popper as the sun was just below the horizon. As soon as the lure it the water, the only thing I saw was a mouth come up slowly and take it. Reeled in this baby with 4 lb test on a Micro-spin combo. What a fight! =)
