Q:
I Had a lure a few years back. Bought it at K-mart. It was a snake lure. Head was made of foam and the body was just a ribbon tail worm. Had large weedless hook. Used it for years and caught many big bass and some pike with it till it met its maker. Any one know who makes it or where to get it. Tried the K-mart but no luck. Been lookin online trin to find one with no luck!

I'd do the same. Its pretty easy to rig a worm weedless, just pass the hook through the head of the snake first. Maybe make it from a wine cork. The brown is a pretty realistic color but you could always char it a bit with a lighter to darken it up.

I used one when in the U.P here in Michigan caught a bunch of bass. The lure came out of my dad's tackle box, he can't remember where its from. But, you should make one.

Rebel sounds right or renegade lures...

Mann's bait company made plastic snakes 6 & 7" long full bodies. I haven't seen them in yrs but they may still be around

This has happened to me many times. Sometimes I find it, but sometimes it is just a lost cause. But if I were you I would visit as many Bass Pro Shop's as you could. They usually have everything, and I think you might be able to find one @ the one in Atlanta.
