Maj1996 should be coming in about now. Owasco lake they normally move in sooner and I have caught some nice ones in June. But even with the smelt runs Cayuga seems to run 2-3 weeks behind Owasco lake. But are you from NY, or just visiting?
Sorry I am posting again I wish I could just add to my previous post. I believe the reason is because of the depth and length, takes more time for Cayuga to warm up than the other lakes.
