Q:
Im going to Florida in afew months and I'll be fishing for whiting and pompono. Any good baits I should use besides shrimp and sand fleas?

Those are the two top choices. Shrimp are easy to buy and sand fleas are easy to catch with a sand flea rake. I can' think of anything else I'd use unless it would be a white jig for sight fishing pompano.

Sand fleas are the way to go for pompano. If you run out of bait, a jig, like Country said, or a spoon will keep you busy.
