Gander Mountain, it's closer.

Bass Pro all the way! I've never even heard of Gander Mountain.
I love bass pro but gander mountain always has better deals on ammo.

We have BP and Cabela's , no Gander, but I still hit the small shops first and buy there. If they don't have it, then the big boys.

Cabelas for hunting, Bass Pro for fishing, or whoever has good sales. Heard of GM, never been there though...

In the old days Gander since they sold optics cheaper than anyone else that I knew of, but now Bass Pro

I have never been to a Bass pro shop But have two or three Gander Mountains with in an hour drive of me, one is about 5 minutes away and that tends to be a problem.
how is 5 minutes a problem?
I like both, Gander Mountain is closer. We have one in Huntsville,Al. The closest Bass Pro is in Nashville,TN.
Neither, they never have what I need, that’s why I go to Sportsman Warehouse!!!

I prefer Bass Pro. The prices are better and the selection is huge! There is a Bass Pro close to my house(thankfully!) so I have become very close with that store. I visited Gander Mtn.'s online store and the prices were a bit higher than at Bass Pro and I already spend enouh on hunting anyway.
Cabellas and Gander Mountain rock. Just recently, one of my friends went to a Bass Pro intending to buy an AR-15 and they just said "Our new policy is not to sell assust weapons.
From the two I will always choose Bass Pro, but only if Cabelas doesnt have it. Customer Service is important to me and out of these Cabelas is first, Bass Pro second, and Gander Mountain third.

Bass Pro!! Gander Mountain is like a Wal-mart that has bad attitude employees with no working product knowledge. Mr. Warren should get a new sponsor!

I like them both equally but when possible i like to shop at family owned stores even if they dont have the best deals. The quality of their products is usually good and if something breaks they will usually replace it.
