Hardcore Jewelry or Misplaced Cast?

My friend Hannah Belford sent me a slew of photos last week. Mostly they were comprised of casting and cavorting from the Sandy River Spey Clave. Then, there was this one. I thought to myself… seriously? That’s dedication to fly fishing on a whole other level. Would Hannah really have done this purposefully? Did she have a bit to much to drink? Was it a dare? There’s no way an errant cast could have lodged itself so perfectly, I thought to myself.
